The Metro (Station Zuid) is also easily accessible. Schiphol Airport can be reached in approximately 15–20 minutes by taxi (Uber or Bolt) or public transport. Prefer cycling? If you're travelling by car, paid street parking is available in the surrounding area, and several public parking garages can be found nearby — we recommend Park & Ride.

What time is check-in and check-out?

You will receive all check-in information before your arrival. We offer self check-in, so there is no need to meet us at a specific time. Once you have received your check-in instructions, you can arrive whenever it suits you — even late at night.

Can I arrive late at night?

Absolutely. As we offer self check-in, late arrivals are no problem at all. You will receive clear instructions before your stay explaining how to access the property and collect your key, so there's no need to rush if your flight or train arrives late.

Can I check in early or check out late?

If your room is ready, we are happy to arrange an early check-in or late check-out whenever possible. Just contact us beforehand and we will check availability for you. If your room is not yet ready, please contact us about the possibilities for storing your luggage.

Is there an elevator?

Yes, there is an elevator in the building, so you don't need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Is the Museum Quarter nearby?

Yes! We are located in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid, within walking distance of the Museum Quarter and many of Amsterdam's most famous sights, including the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, Museumplein, Concertgebouw and Vondelpark.

Does the room have air conditioning?

Yes. The rooms have air conditioning to keep you comfortable during warmer days.

Do you have an iron?

Yes. We have a traditional iron available for guests. Just let us know if you would like to borrow it.

Is parking available?

We do not have private parking at the property. Paid street parking and parking garages are available in Amsterdam, although parking in the city can be expensive. If you are arriving by car, feel free to contact us and we will gladly help you find a suitable parking option.

How do I get here from Schiphol Airport?

Uber or Bolt is one of the most convenient options, especially with luggage — simply enter Valeriusstraat 55, Amsterdam in the app. You can also travel by public transport; we recommend checking Google Maps or 9292 shortly before travelling for the quickest connection.

Are visitors allowed?

Visitors are not allowed without prior approval. If you would like to invite someone to the property, please contact us beforehand — for the safety and comfort of all our guests, only registered guests may stay overnight.

Do you have restaurant or bar recommendations?

Definitely! Amsterdam Oud-Zuid has some fantastic restaurants, cafés and bars. We've created a guest app with our favourite spots and local recommendations, which you'll receive access to after making your reservation.

Where can I rent a bike?

There are several bike rental shops in and around Oud-Zuid and Vondelpark. You can ask us for a recommendation during your stay, and we recommend reserving in advance during busy weekends and holiday periods.

Is public transport nearby?

Yes. There are tram and bus stops nearby, making it easy to travel to the city centre, Amsterdam Central Station, Amsterdam Zuid and other parts of the city — though many popular places nearby can also be reached on foot or by bike.

Is Vondelpark nearby?

Yes! Vondelpark is just a short walk away — perfect for a morning walk, run, picnic or simply relaxing after a day exploring Amsterdam.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for our guests. You will receive the Wi-Fi details with your guest information.

Is smoking allowed?

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including in the guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways and at the windows. This includes cannabis, joints, cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes and any other smoking devices. We kindly ask guests who wish to smoke to do so outside and to be considerate of our neighbours.

Is the neighbourhood safe?

Amsterdam Oud-Zuid is a popular residential area close to the Museum Quarter and Vondelpark. It's a very luxurious neighbourhood and very safe.
